Chloe Sloan – Community Advocate LLC provides personalized community advocacy, case management, and resource navigation throughout Northwest Washington. We work alongside individuals and families experiencing housing instability, domestic violence, behavioral health challenges, legal barriers, financial hardship, and other complex life circumstances.

Every person's situation is different, which is why there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand each person's goals, identify barriers, connect them with community resources, and help them navigate the systems involved. We don't believe in simply pointing people in the right direction. We believe in walking alongside people while they move forward.

We also believe stronger communities are built through collaboration. By building meaningful partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, schools, legal professionals, and community agencies, we're helping improve access to support throughout Northwest Washington. Our goal is to help people move forward with dignity while strengthening the communities we all call home.
